Zeon Chemicals new Zetpol® ZEL additive system allows you to customize any Zetpol HNBR for the exact level of chemical and heat resistance you need to extend the life of your drilling equipment.
The additive system is comprised of varying levels of magnesium oxide, Z-75D and a new stabilizer called ZEL-80. A customized blend is available to meet a variety of environmental requirements.
The consultants at Zeon Chemicals will work with you to choose the appropriate grade of Zetpol and then customize it to help you create packings, seals and other rubber parts that withstand extreme heat, steam and oil.
