Zetpol ^®Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR) Elastomers

Standard HNBR Grades - Medium ACN Grades

These medium ACN grades are the work horse of the Zetpol product line. The applications servered by these polymers include automotive, oilfield and rolls. These Zetpol polymers with 36% acrylonitrile offer excellent balance of properties and are used in many applications from a small seal and o-rings to large blow out prevents and packers used in oil field service. The service temperature for the medium ACN grades can be compounded to met -25C to 150C. These medium AN grades offer the greades range of Hydrogenation levels allowing for varied application demands and cure system choices.
