Easy Processing Grades

With increased emphasis on cost savings in today’s global market, molded goods manufacturers are looking for ways to reduce their overall processing cost. Often this can be accomplished by using a lower Mooney viscosity base polymer. A new generation of Zetpol polymers is now offered which addresses these issues and overcomes processing and compounding problems. These new polymers exhibit improved processability while maintaining high mechanical strength and compression set resistance. They are applicable for injection molding, transfer molding, compression molding and extrusion.
