Nipol ® NBR Elastomers Applications
O-rings and Grommets
All grades of Nipol are capable of producing quality compression molded, transfer molded or injection molded O-rings and grommits. The ACN content is one of the two primary criteria for defining Nipol NBR. Nipol NBR is available in a range of 19% to 51% Acrylonitrile level. The other primary criteria is Mooney viscosity. Nipol NBR is produced at several Mooney viscosity levels to suit different processing requirements for the production of the finished O-rings and grommets.
