Binders for Friction Products
Nipol NBR provides for excellent compatibility with phenolic resins with the result that it is the natural choice for use in heavy-duty friction applications. Nipol NBR is applied for more flexible linings as the only binding material or in combination with a minor part of phenolic resin. For the more rigid and heavy duty friction materials, Nipol NBR is applied in combination with phenolics. |
